Projects on Student Subdomains

Domain of One's Own

If you want your students to work individually on their own project, to be built throughout the semester and shared publicly, then having them set up a subdomain on their own domain would be the ideal solution. Students would then have control over what they do with what they produced once the semester was over – they can move it to their main domain in order to feature it, leave it as a subdomain, or remove it from the web. This allows students full control over their work, while engaging in a meaningful digital projects.
